While I can only wish it took me 24 seconds to clean up my craft room, I do have some tips to share to help you clean up effectively.
I run workshops and classes from my craft room so having a quick clean up method is essential.
During my creative time when I put together workshops and classes I find it easiest if I'm able to sit with a clean slate in front me. It helps me get creative without the restrictions of finding things and having a spot to spread out in. Sure I might have to jump up to grab something that I've put away but movement helps the creative process too!
Easy craft room clean up tips:
It's important that you now stand back and look at what you have achieved. Give yourself a pat on the back. Why not reward yourself by lighting your favourite scented candle and a opening a craft magazine or iPad to look for some new creative projects to try in your clean space. I'm sure you would have lots of new idea after seeing some of the products you found in the clean up.
